It is a great value for money hence the high score I am giving. Booked last minute, the last available apartment, to spend Xmas break in the sunshine. There was an issue with the type of package booked which I think was a glitch on booking.com and not hotels fault - I booked apartment for 4 but without meal whereas my confirmation said it was 1 person with half-board. I only discovered that when it was too late to change/cancel and there were no other options anyway. When we arrived, I explained the situation and they offered to pay for half-board for the others, very affordable price - they could have taken the advantage as it had been part-paid and we had already arrived with the kids, so would have paid any price really. The resort is basic but communal areas ar very clean. Was surprised when saw reviews that say that pool area filthy, made me think that either management was changed drastically in the last month (unlikely) or people just being not honest because disliked something else. Rooms very very basic, did not even take deposit- I think because there's simply nothing to break, but have all the essentials, also a microwave which is unusual for spain. Food was simple but great, for 2 adults and kids with different preferences - could find something to eat. Xmas Dinner was fantastic actually, everything from traditional turkey and King prawns to a selection of delicious desserts. My son said the best bacon he'd ever eaten at breakfast. Also one day had the best ever tomato soup. Every day we were looking forward to our dinner. Location is great. Do not agree that it is appropriate to write a bad review if you have mobility issues, this is unfair on the hotel whose photos tell you exactly what to expect. We are a average level of fitness and have a small kid but walked, including from town, with ease. Also, lifts are available everywhere. Location great, close to a large junction, parking was possible on adjacent roads.

Really clean around all areas, pool area was regularly deep cleaned in the mornings. Lovely food with plenty of choice and something for everyone. We travelled as a group of 16 including children and no one went hungry. We opted to upgrade to all inclusive and no one was disappointed. Breakfast was a collective favourite in our group. We were all a bit worried based on previous reviews but we couldn’t understand why people were so negative. It has everything you need for a great holiday. The entertainment was good (we were surprised there was any) and the children and adults had a great time each evening. The accommodation is on a large hill so there’s plenty of walking and steps to get to where you want to be but it meant none of us are going home a few pounds heavier so can’t complain.

When giving ratings on the booking, first of all, the guest must be honest. When we booked accommodation in Costa Adeje, this hotel was around 500e and the next cheapest was over 1000e. So, if you chose the cheapest accommodation, then you cannot give ratings as if you paid for the most expensive accommodation, so you are somewhat disappointed. This accommodation has a lot of flaws, but considering that it is at least twice as cheap as all the others, I give it 5 stars and it was perfect for us (regardless of the bad beds).

the pool was amazing and the poolside bar. good food and pram accessible :) staff were very pleasant and hardworking, view was amazing too. cot was provided for free, hairdryer with 20 deposit, fan (25 for a week with 10 deposit) and tv remote (10 deposit) we didn’t take much advantage of the entertainment but there was something on every night by the looks of it and looked very entertaining. literally 5 mins from aqua land and Siam park

Samantha

Complex situated on the hill with fantastic Costa Adeje view with La Gomera in the background. Very clean all around. Friendly staff. Good selection of food for breakfast. Swimming in the pool was very enjoyable with different scenery visible from each pool section. Pool suitable for leisure water activities and longer swims. Complex full of nature with plenty of green, cats and hedgehog in the garden. Aquapark very close.
